I believe we have a precious opportunity in this lifetime to lead and positively impact lives. I am constantly inspired by my clients who step forward to further their growth and contribution, striving to create more of what they want in the world. I feel immensely honored to be able to work with people in this way. My clients tell me I am insightful, trustworthy and that I provide a safe container for our work.
I draw on an artistic background with a BFA in Fine Arts at Parsons, a branch of the New School in New York City and one of the leading art and design schools in the world. Afterward, I spent some time working in fashion design and fashion photography. I valued the creativity and beauty – and also longed to work with people in a way that more directly relates to us at our core as human beings.
I see myself as lucky because when I got married, my husband, Sunil, was in the middle of a coaching training with Integral Coaching Canada. He told me how he was applying principles of Integral Theory in coaching situations to help people create sustainable change in their lives. I had been a longtime lover of Integral Theory and this seemed to open up new possibilities for me in how to work with those principles while contributing to people’s lives in a profound way. He strongly encouraged me to take the training, and I did. So now we have two Integral Coaches at home. I feel grateful to have found my calling in Integral Coaching, a method that uncovers, honors and skilfully nurtures the beauty and gifts inherent in each of us – and also helps us step into action.
“Integral Coaching Canada offers what we believe to be the most complete and the most comprehensive coaching program available.”

For over 10 years, I have dedicated myself to learning about adult self-development and relationships. From 2010 – 13, I co-led a private online community in which nearly 100 members discussed the topics of life purpose, authentic living, and intimacy in relationships. Since 2012, I have led many initiatives as an active leader in the Community Building group of the European Consortium of Integral Coaches, a non-profit organisation with over 40 members and 80 associates. I lead the interpersonal relating practices and other group facilitation work. Also, I am a co-founder and Steering Committee member of 57 Coaches, a group providing pro-bono coaching to leaders in NGOs that are supporting Syrian refugees.
I look forward to meeting you.
